  • LegalFirstLLC is unable to initiate service due to an internal error directly caused by us
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same service
  • A refund request is submitted before service initiation

  • Delays caused by third-party authorities (IRS, state agencies, banks)
  • Rejections or requests for additional documents from authorities
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Government fees, registered agent fees, and third-party costs
  • Change of mind after service initiation
  • Recurring monthly mail handling fees once the billing cycle has begun
