- LegalFirstLLC is unable to initiate service due to an internal error directly caused by us
- A duplicate payment was made for the same service
- A refund request is submitted before service initiation
2Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Delays caused by third-party authorities (IRS, state agencies, banks)
- Rejections or requests for additional documents from authorities
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
- Government fees, registered agent fees, and third-party costs
- Change of mind after service initiation
- Recurring monthly mail handling fees once the billing cycle has begun
